For shorter or longer stay, an excellent 2BHK fully furnished “Serviced apartment” is available in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. It has been built and furnished on USA & European style. This is very open, with ample glass and Teak wooden work. It is an excellent Serviced Apartment for Foreign Expatriates, Non Resident Indians, professionals working for banks, Multi National Corporations, Indian Corporate houses etc. The house can also be also used as a Guest House by any company for the longer period. You can stay for shorter period or longer period from 2 days to 365 days. Maximum 4 people are allowed. All extra people will be charged @ Rs. 500/- per person per night.

Our 2BHK Serviced Apartment has two rooms, two bath rooms, lobby, modular kitchen, dressing room, balcony, terrace garden. The covered area of this place is about 2000 sq feet. It is a fully furnished house with two double beds with their proper mattresses, bed sheets, pillows, dining table, full wardrobes, thirteen fans, two geysers, two computer tables, chairs, complete utensils with all crockery, kitchen various appliances, chimney, gas & gas hob, curtains, one 310 liter big fridge, two split AC, Modular Kitchen, chimney, 32” LED TV, Inverter to back up lights etc. We had also installed Dish TV High Definition connection. Minimum stay required is two (2) days. You can purchase your own groceries & other food stuff and can cook your food yourselves or arrangements can be done for cooking your food on part time basis on the extra payment. There are enough utensils, crockery and provision to cook meals. It is lot cheaper to cook meals rather eating in the hotel or in a restaurant. Tenants those who want to stay on the daily basis, we are providing free complimentary Indian breakfast.

We have three different slabs for three different periods:

1. For 1 month lease: We have revised our rates and added few more services. Per month rent is Rs. 60,000/- PM net. Security Deposit will be Rs. 60,000/-. For free services please check point 4 given on this page.

2. For 1-3 Weeks: Rent for a week for 4 persons is: Rs 18,000/- per week (7 days only). After one week, charges will be on daily basis if property is available on the rent. Security Deposit will be Rs. 20,000/-. For free services, please check point 4 given on this page.

3. For one (1) day: It will be Rs. 3,000/- per day for the whole apartment. Security Deposit will be Rs. 6,000/-. For free services, please check point 4 given on this page. Rental will be for fixed tenure only. Minimum stay required is 2 days. Maximum 4 person are permitted. All additional people will be charged @ per person per night. INDIAN BREAKFAST IS COMPLIMENTARY. THERE ARE NO CHARGES FOR COOKING GAS OR ELECTRICITY USAGE. If You are a single person then we can offer you further better deal. Please just pay Rs. 1,500/- per night.

4. Services provided free of cost with servants:
These are included in the rent:
a.   Cleaning Utensils & crockery twice daily
b.   Cleaning and wiping room, kitchen & toilet (no toilet bowl cleaning)
c.   Supply of R. O. Water to the room
d.   Dish TV High Definition DTH connection
e.   Washing Cloths (Ironing extra)
f.    WI-FI
g.  Free Gas Usage: Applicable only for daily, weekly and monthly guests.
h.  Free electricity usage only for daily guests.
I).  Free Indian breakfast for daily guests only.

5. Cooking Facility:
a. You can cook food yourselves. There are plenty of utensils & crockery. You need to purchase your own food staples & vegetables or non veg.
b. Alternatively cooking facilities by servants are available on request but you have to pay extra money. They will prepare once or twice a day on nominal charges. You need to pay those charges on per meal basis. It will cost you Rs. 50/- per day per person per meal.
c. Another way is that we prepare food for you and provide with our own food staples, vegetables and non vegetarian. This will be little expensive and it will cost on basis of per meal per person. Rates can be quoted only on request.

6. Security Deposit:
Your deposit is safe and will be refunded to you 100% without any deduction provided no damages are caused to the property or its contents. We do not give property for marriage ceremony or any other function. Tenants can simply stay here. We will require your photos, ID and address proofs. Water is available 24 hours. Car parking is also available.

7. Booking:

Alternatively, you can contact us via "CONTACT US" form available on the site or please make reservation via "RESERVATION" form available on the site. All reservations will be subjected to availability of Serviced Apartment during that period. You or your family or your friends in India must see the property. After that please sign the contract and transfer the total money. Until we do not receive full payment from you, your booking will not be confirmed.
